Alexi Jordan

Alexi Jordan is a seasoned operations and technology leader with over twenty years of experience advancing digital transformation, operational optimisation, and regulatory compliance across the Caribbean’s insurance and financial sectors. As Assistant Vice President, Operations & IT at CUNA Caribbean Insurance Society Ltd., he oversees enterprise operations, technology strategy, and cross-territory support for Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, and the OECS region. His role includes developing operational policies, guiding strategic initiatives, and strengthening organisational performance through technology-driven solutions.

Throughout his career, Alexi has led the design, planning, and deployment of security and network infrastructure for organisations ranging from small businesses to multinational Fortune 500 corporations. He has managed multimillion-dollar budgets and built deep expertise in enterprise server environments, network architecture, and security infrastructure. In recent years, he has expanded his portfolio to include product ownership, leading development teams responsible for safeguarding core business applications and enhancing software security.

Alexi holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and advanced technical certifications from Microsoft and Cisco. He has also completed extensive professional development in Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, and leadership, supporting his commitment to continuous improvement and organisational excellence.
