
BRIEF BIOGRAPHY
Ashley Echols is an equity-focused program manager with over a decade of experience driving social impact across the nonprofit, government, and education sectors. With a passion for environmental justice, Ashley is committed to advancing inclusive economic and clean energy opportunities through strategic partnerships, impactful storytelling, and intersectionality.
As a Senior Program Officer at Inclusiv’s Center for Resiliency and Clean Energy, she leads the expansion of green lending training for Caribbean credit unions and supports the implementation of Inclusiv’s $1.87 billion EPA Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund grant to scale clean energy access in low-income communities. Previously, she was a program manager on the climate team at the Clinton Foundation, working to accelerate renewable energy transitions while promoting gender equity in small island nations in the Caribbean and Africa.
Ashley holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Philadelphia University.
