He’s held influential roles at the National Credit Union Foundation (where he directed the renowned Credit Union Development Education Program), TruStage, Heritage Credit Union, Filene Research Institute, and the Wisconsin Credit Union League. His background in corporate communications, advocacy, innovation, and social impact brings a unique perspective that helps leaders turn insights into action.

Chad’s creative engagement efforts have earned multiple industry awards and recognition for excellence in communication and program design. He holds an International Credit Union Development Educator (I-CUDE) designation through his collaborative work with credit union systems across Africa, Europe, South America, and North America.
