As Vice President of Talent Development Programming at CUES, Chad leads the design and facilitation of action-oriented learning that grows leaders and strengthens organizations across the credit union system. He empowers credit union professionals to navigate complexity, lead with clarity, and drive meaningful cultural and strategic change.

Chad is a sought-after facilitator for executive teams and boards, known for curating impactful learning experiences that build leadership capacity, foster alignment, and unlock organizational potential.

With two decades of leadership experience, Chad has advanced talent development and strategic thinking within purpose-driven organizations across the credit union movement. He’s held influential roles at the National Credit Union Foundation (where he directed the renowned Credit Union Development Education Program), TruStage, Heritage Credit Union, Filene Research Institute, and the Wisconsin Credit Union League. His background in corporate communications, advocacy, innovation, and social impact brings a unique perspective that helps leaders turn insights into action.

Chad’s creative engagement efforts have earned multiple industry awards and recognition for excellence in communication and program design. He holds an International Credit Union Development Educator (I-CUDE) designation through his collaborative work with credit union systems across Africa, Europe, South America, and North America.
