Charlene Pedro is a Corporate Trainer, Human Resource Management Consultant, Employee Engagement Facilitator, Leadership Trainer, Coach, Inspirational Speaker, Mentor, and Radio Co-host.
Charlene offers over twenty years’ experience in human resource management and is the founder and Chief Engagement Officer of Conventus Consultinc, a human resource management company based in Trinidad and Tobago that helps their clients solve their people problems by designing customised programmes that upgrades their leadership skills, employee development efforts and performance management systems.
Charlene is the founder of Conversations Over Coffee with Charlene Pedro, a successful breakfast training programme that informs, engages and inspires CEOs and managers to make a positive impact in their workspace. In 2020 she founded Mastery of Me, a blend of the masterclass and mastermind models, to help professional women pursue their goals and live meaningful lives.
Charlene is the member of Public Relations Committee of the Human Resource Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago, and previously held the roles of Director of the Employers’ Consultative Association of Trinidad and Tobago as well as President of the Association of Female Executives of Trinidad and Tobago.
A strong advocate of giving back to society, Charlene is a mentor to young women, and she volunteers for the Society of St. Vincent De Paul, an international Catholic voluntary organization dedicated to serving the poor and disadvantaged. She also supports Rotary Club of San Juan as a Partner in Service.
Charlene was featured in Newsday, Trinidad Express, Woman of the Week on Radio107 F.M, ISSAC 98.1 FM, TV6, TTT, and Trinity Television. She is a published writer having had her various articles on women in leadership published in the local Business Guardian newspapers.
