BRIEF BIOGRAPHY
Gretchen Ziegler is the Vice President of Credit Union Relations at Cornerstone League, where she focuses on engaging credit union members and connecting them with programs and services tailored to their needs. Among her key focus areas, she serves as a liaison to the Engagement Subcommittee for the International Relations Committee.
Ziegler joined Cornerstone in 1998 and was a key member of the League’s Advocacy team until 2021. She then leveraged her extensive advocacy experience and long-standing relationships with credit union CEOs to transition into engagement, strengthening member connections and support.
Before joining Cornerstone, Ziegler worked for the Republican Party of Dallas County and the Victory ’98 campaign, supporting the statewide Republican efforts of then-Gov. George W. Bush and Lt. Gov. Rick Perry. Her passion for politics, combined with her commitment to an industry that prioritizes people over profits, aligns with her dedication to advancing the success of credit unions.
