Throughout her career, María has held senior leadership roles including General Manager and Chief Compliance Officer, where she built a strong foundation in operational excellence, AML/BSA/OFAC compliance, and customer-centric service delivery. Her experience spans both traditional banking environments and modern transformation initiatives, giving her a unique ability to bridge legacy operations with next-generation solutions.
Currently, at T23 Group, María leads the implementation of cloud-based core banking platforms such as Mambu, supporting financial institutions across the Caribbean in their transition toward more agile, efficient, and scalable operating models.
