BRIEF BIOGRAPHY
Martín Cativa is a Technology Strategist and Chief Technology Officer with over two decades of leadership in financial services technology. Based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he brings specialized expertise in Enterprise Architecture, IT strategy, and Digital Transformation within highly regulated financial institutions across the Caribbean. Serving as Fractional CTO at various institutions, he is leading core banking system migrations and infrastructure transitions to the cloud, advising financial institutions through T23 Group Consulting on banking systems, compliance, information security, and cloud adoption.
Martín orchestrated transformational initiatives including the merger and acquisition of FIs, implementation of enterprise ERP systems, and successful navigation of multiple FDIC examinations and regulatory compliance including FDIC, PCI, and SOX requirements. His technical expertise spans cloud platforms, information security, core banking systems, and modern development frameworks. Martín combines strategic vision with pragmatic operational leadership and a proven track record of delivering results in complex, regulated environments.
