Naomi is an Author, International Speaker, PR Practitioner, Entrepreneur and Personal Branding
Coach that is passionate about helping others to discover and develop their unique personal brand in order to stand out in a noisy world.
She is a Certified Reputation Champion by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), and a
Leadership Contributor for Entrepreneur Magazine with over 20 years of experience in Public Relations & Marketing, working with 100+ brands and individuals. She is also the published author of 4 books around building more purposeful and profitable personal brands and a contributing writer to the Jamaica Observer on the topic of personal branding.
Naomi is a 2018 Vital Voices Grow Fellow, A 2017 Scotiabank Vision Achiever, a past nominee for the 2018 ‘Entrepreneur Award’ by the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce and was one of the first recipients to receive the Distinguished Award in Communication by the Jamaica Gleaner in 2019.
For the last 15 years, Naomi has been the CEO and Founder of Garrick Communications Ltd, a
leading boutique PR agency based in Kingston Jamaica that helps brands and companiesto be seen, heard and experienced by their ideal target audience.
Naomi is also one of three founders of the Ready To Emerge personal development summit and workshops and Co- host on Detour Essentials Live – a weekly personal development YouTube channel with Emerge co-founders, Rochelle Cameron and Catherine Goodall that features guests from various backgrounds and industries and provides individuals with actionable next steps to emerge into their best selves.
She is also mother to a 17 year old, Ajani Aiden and a Board Member of the St. Andrew High School for Girls Foundation, her alma mater.
