Patricia Estwick

Patricia Estwick is the Chief Executive Officer of the CICSA Co-operative Credit Union Limited in the Cayman Islands, a leading financial institution dedicated to enhancing the well-being of its community. With a career spanning several decades, Patricia has established herself as a formidable figure in the financial sector, both in the Cayman Islands and abroad.

For 17 years, she held the position of Chief Financial Officer for a prominent financial services group in the Cayman Islands. Prior to this, she served as the Director of Internal Audit for the Cayman Islands Government for five years. Her early career saw her working as an audit professional with the globally recognised accounting firm Ernst & Young, both in the United States and the Cayman Islands offices.

She has also served on several prestigious boards, including the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, Cayman Islands National Insurance Company, The Pines Retirement Home, and Cayman Airways.

Patricia graduated magna cum laude from Pace University in 1988, majoring in Accounting. By 1990, she had earned her Certified Public Accounting designation and later attained a Master of Business Administration in 1996 from the University of Miami.
