BRIEF BIOGRAPHY
Sharon Prendergast is a Chartered Governance Professional with over 15 years in practice.
Her current professional affiliations include being an Executive Member of the Association of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in Jamaica.
Sharon has a passion for training others and serves as Lecturer for the JSE/CGI programme offered by the Jamaica Stock Exchange in the areas of Corporate Governance, Company Administration and Compliance and Board Dynamics.
She is a Chartered Governance Professional and a Fellow of the International Compliance Association. She holds a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Governance Risk and Compliance from the ICA/Alliance Manchester Business School, an LLB(Hons) from the University of London, and BSC (Hons) in Public Administration from the University of the West Indies.
