Rates Per Child Per Room (2-12)

Third-person supplement charge: A 25% discount over the double per person per night rate will be applied for a third person in a double room.
Children Policy: 50% discount on the double rate per child between the ages of 2 and 12, with a maximum occupancy of 2 children per room with 2 adults, or 3 adults and one child.
Children aged 2 years and under will stay free of charge, as long as they share the same room as their parents.
Occupancy of one (1) adult and one (1) child (between ages 2 and 12) will be charged as 2 adults.

The occupancy of 4 adults in the same room is not allowed.</em

HOTEL PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1. LANDING PAGE BOOKINGS

• If using the dedicated booking link, payment will be charged to the credit card used at the moment of booking by May 18th, 2025.
  

• The credit card used to make the booking via the dedicated landing page must be presented at the time of check in, along with a valid photo ID.
  

• Reservations made via the dedicated booking link or booked directly with the hotel can be cancelled / modified up until May 17th, 2025.
  

• All reservations made via the dedicated booking link or booked directly with the hotel will be non-refundable and not modifiable after May 17th, 2025.
  

2. BOOKINGS VIA PAYMENT LINK
In exceptional cases in which the credit card holders paying for reservations of associates or employees who will not be traveling to the hotel themselves, payment must be made in advance via a payment link (maximum US$ 10,000.00). Additionally, the hotel will require a photo of both the credit card and the passport of the credit card holder, along with the submission of an authorisation letter provided by the hotel. These reservations will be handled directly by the assigned CSM.

3. DELEGATIONS BOOKINGS VIA ROOMING LIST

• Reservations and payment of delegations group bookings, defined as multiple reservations paid by one (1) individual or company, will only be accepted via wire transfer, no later than May 18th, 2025.
  
• Each delegation handling a group booking will be responsible for submitting the rooming list and pre payment via wire transfer.
