HOTEL RULES
The rates quoted above are all-inclusive, per room, per night, based on single and double occupancy.
There is maximum occupancy per room, and any additional persons staying in the room must be included in the reservation to ensure the appropriate room type is assigned. Additional persons in the room, unless otherwise noted, are at the following additional charge:

• Children up to 4 years old are free when sharing the room with an adult guest
• Children between 4 and 12 years old are charged a rate of USD65 per child per night
• Children between 13 and 17 years old are charged a rate of USD110 per child per night
• USD140 per person per night for Adults 18+

Group Reservations will be made by rooming list. Caribbean Confederation of Credit Unions 2026 Annual Convention’s final rooming list (download here) must be received on or before the established cut-off date of Tuesday, May 19, 2026
Reservations by attendees, and/or rooming list, must be received on or before Tuesday, May 19, 2026, 30 days prior to the program date (the “Cut-Off Date”).
